Strata Management
We take special pride in our strata management portfolio and focus on meeting the needs of both unit owners and the strata council. We cater to both large and small strata corporations and since all corporations may not need full strata management services, we ofer a flexible needs based approach to management.
Management Options
- A full service package of financial management, building maintenance and repairs ( including emergency services ) as well as all necessary administration and clerical functions.
- A modified service package to provide any of the following services:
- Accounting services and financial record keeping
- Organizing and attending annual general meetings and assisting council in regularly scheduled meetings.
- Consulting services to assist in the needs and objectives of each strata corporation.
- Provide emergency maintenance services on a 24 hour basis
- Collect all strata fees, special levies, overdue accounts and other charges and deposit in a trust account.
